Walter Jet Wash Systems – Paint adhesion test equipment

In cooperation with well-known European car manufacturers, WALTER Cleaning systems has developed a cross-industry process in which the paint adhesion to various materials can be demonstrated.

With exactly defined and guaranteed constant volume flow and pressure, test specimens of all sizes and shapes can be supplied with the desired water jet. The angle of incidence as well as the distance between nozzle and test specimen are individually adjustable as well as the test duration, pressure and temperature of the test medium. All test parameters can be called up in a test report after program termination.

Our systems allow you to perform paint adhesion tests in accordance with ISO 16925: 2014-06 and to meet the individual factory test standards of, among others, the following car manufacturers:
